Returns, Replacement & Exchange Policy – Tudora This Returns, Replacement & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) is established by Tudora – Luxury Optical Store (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to define the terms governing returns, replacements, cancellations, and warranty-related matters. By placing an order with Tudora, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

General Policy

At Tudora, we deal in premium eyewear products. Due to the nature of the products, all purchases are considered final sale, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage as defined in this Policy.

Eligibility for Replacement

A product is eligible for replacement only under the following conditions:

* The product has a *manufacturing defect*, OR

* The product was *damaged during transit*

To be eligible:

* The issue must be reported within *24 hours of delivery*

* The customer must provide:

* Clear unboxing video

* Images showing the defect/damage

* Order details

Failure to provide valid proof within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

Return & Verification Process

* Once the claim is approved, a return pickup will be arranged

* The product will be inspected upon arrival at our facility

* Replacement will be initiated only after successful verification

Tudora reserves the right to approve or reject claims after inspection.

Replacement Policy

If the issue is verified:

* Only replacement will be provided

* Refunds are not applicable

Replacement will be processed within *5–7 working days* after approval.

Order Cancellation

* Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Claim Rejection Conditions

Claims may be rejected if:

* Returned product differs from original shipment

Warranty Assistance

We may assist customers in connecting with the brand for warranty claims. However:

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
