Return and Refund Policy

This Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) is established by Tudora (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to define the terms governing product returns, exchanges, cancellations, and warranty-related matters. By placing an order with Tudora, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy — Final Sale

All products sold by Tudora are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or transit damage as defined in this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Return, Refund, or Exchange (Defect or Transit Damage Only)

A product may qualify for return, refund, or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.
  • The customer must notify Tudora within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Notification must include:

  • A clear unboxing video
  • Photographic proof of the issue

Order details

Failure to provide proof within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

Upon approval:

  • A return-to-origin pickup will be initiated within 24 working hours.
  • The item will undergo inspection upon arrival at the warehouse.
  • Final resolution (refund or replacement) will be provided after verification.

3. Refund Processing

If the defect or damage is verified:

  • The customer will be eligible for a refund or replacement at Tudora’s discretion.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–8 working days after successful inspection.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method and banking processes.

4. Order Cancellation

Once an order is successfully placed and confirmed, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Claim Rejection Conditions

Claims may be denied if:

  • Damage is caused by misuse, mishandling, or external factors.
  • Proof requirements are incomplete or submitted late.
  • The returned product differs from the original shipment.
  • Signs of tampering are found.
  • Tudora reserves the right to make the final decision on all claims.

6. Warranty Coverage

Products sold by Tudora are authentic and covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, as provided by the respective brand. Tudora does not offer an independent warranty.

7. Warranty Assistance

Tudora may assist customers in initiating warranty claims with the brand. However:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty service.
  • Tudora acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee warranty approval.

8. Policy Modification

Tudora reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review it periodically.

9. Governing Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws applicable in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad.
